Returns:

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (perishable goods, custom products, or intimate items).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• We offer free shipping nationwide for orders over R 1200
• Flat rate of R 175 per order for orders under R 1200
• Estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days depending on delivery address

Shipping Delays:

• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please notify us within 4 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
